You will need:

  • To be an experienced Carer ideally with some experience in Dementia Care
  • Some supervisory or management experience
  • A willingness to learn.
  • To be comfortable standing up in front of small groups as the Team Leader role will also involve some induction and refresher training (you will attend a train the trainer programme)
  • To be a driver and have your own car, mileage will be paid.

This role will also provide occasional cover for our Weekend On Call facility.

What are the benefits? This is a permanent salaried position which offers a very competitive salary inclusion in the company bonus scheme and 30 days holiday.

We also offer excellent training and development opportunities and a fabulous, supportive team to work with.
