Rapid Response Care Assistant - Drivers (Liverpool/Knowsley)

Home Carers Liverpool are looking to recruit Rapid Response Care Assistants to join us, with the benefit of Block paid hours with a full time permanent contract!

What does a day in the life of our Rapid response carer look like?

1. You will be supporting the business needs across our multiple contracts, providing last-minute cover due to sickness or urgent referrals 

2. You will be responsible for providing short term care to help get our service users back on their feet (possibly after hospital dismissal)

3. Providing personal care in a way which promotes independence and maintains dignity 

4. Support with food preparation and hydration 

5. Assisting with medication (prompting and ensuring correct medications are taken at the correct times)

6. Companionship, being there to provide a listening ear when needed 

7. Following our service users tailored care plans, ensuring their needs are being met
