Howdens Joinery are looking for an Administrator to support our Manufacturing teams based at our site in Howden. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient technical administrative support and project co-ordination for the Supply Operations Team.

You will be accountable for maintaining KPI’S (Key performance indicators) through the collation and analysis of data gathered from various sources, ensuring the data is accurate and generates meaningful reports/ information, to guide decision making.

Reporting to the Site Manager, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and the ability to manage your time effectively and deliver results to tight deadlines, whilst adapting to the changing demands of the business, will be key to success in this role.

Key skills and experience required: 

  • A high level of technical IT competence and experience particularly in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work and the changing demands of the business
  • Able to work well as part of a team and a high level of initiative
  • A continuous improvement approach where you will continually challenge to drive improvements for the team
