Howden Joinery Group PLC is actively recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Customer Service candidate to join their Aftersales team based in Howden, within their Supply division.
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with escalated aftersales service queries regarding our appliances from Independent Engineers or from Howden Joinery Depots nationwide. You will work collaboratively with the Field Service Support Engineers and Supply Chain to deliver the best aftersales service for our end users.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills with experience in resolving challenging customer queries whilst always keeping the end user experience top of mind. It would be ideal if you had experience working with Appliances, however this isn’t essential.
