What’s on offer

We believe that having the right people in our business is critical to our continued success and will help secure our future.   This is why we have invested in the development of an Internship Programme across various functions of Runcorn.

As an intern engineer coming into the business, you’ll make a real difference to our manufacturing and supply chain business, from the beginning. We’re a growing business and look at our new engineers as our pioneering mountaineers; tenaciously striving for to make break new ground, find the next game-changing improvement and continue to push our engineering function to deliver even better results.

Exposure will be real, allowing you to make a difference – we are a lean business and you will be given real accountability.  You have clear responsibilities of your own and will support continuous improvement through applying your engineering skills on £10k to £10m projects that range from plant installation through to office or factory refits and construction.

We are looking to develop high calibre employees to support the future growth of the business. We are looking for bright, ambitious and motivated individuals who can demonstrate the potential to become an integral part of the business.

We offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including bonus and a free canteen at our Howden and Runcorn sites.
