Telephone Customer Care Co-ordinator/Operational Navigator

The Role

Are you patient focused, organized and wanting to use your skills to work in a busy environment? Are you looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a Telephone Customer Care Coordinator/Operational Navigator within our Dispatch team to work out of hours.

The job would include managing the effective distribution of calls from other healthcare services and patients where appropriate in a professional and courteous manner and to record all details accurately. The job role is a fast paced, buzzing and every day is different!

You will join an experienced team of Operational Navigators and Senior Operational Navigators who organize patient care behind the scenes.

Hours of Work:           Evenings and weekends covering a 24/7 operation (we may be able to offer hours that could suit your requirements subject to availability).
