The Role

As an NHS 111 Contact Centre Team Manager you will ensure effective and real time management of front line contact centre operations to meet quality requirements, maintaining high standards of customer service and colleague productivity.  You will manage the performance of a team to maximise individual contribution and identify skills gaps to ensure the most effective and efficient performance of the contact centre.

If you have previous team management or supervisory experience in a contact centre environment and are flexible in your working hours (days, evenings, nights) then we’d love to hear from you.
