Commercial Business Analyst

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as Commercial Business Analyst. We are looking for someone who has a collaborative and positive approach and who can play a key role in our Commercial team, helping us driving the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to ensure we have the right level of strategic analysis to support planning and decision making.
  • Research existing and potential markets to identify opportunities for potential growth.
  • Analyse customer, market segment, partner and sales & marketing channel performance.
  • Follow up on commercial/operational issues by carrying out root cause analysis, providing suggestions for improvements and ensuring proper implementation.
  • Analysis and report on key risks and against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate internally and with clients to develop business cases for investment.
  • Support the contracting process to help close deals with clients.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years prior success in a similar role.
  • Proven experience of commercial analysis.
  • Experience and appreciation of the key role software systems play in healthcare.
  • Excellent communicator with presence who will project a positive image.
  • Entrepreneurial creative mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Sees the big picture as well as focusing on the detail.

Location                     Hybrid – remote & occasional travel to our office in Ashford, Kent.

Hours Available         37.5 hours per week
