The role

Are you someone who loves connecting with people and enjoys the thrill of guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic recruitment team.

As our Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and reassuring voice that new hires turn to for guidance. You'll manage the entire onboarding process, from the moment an offer is accepted until the first day of employment, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into our organisation.

Your day-to-day role will include:

  • Conducting pre-employment checks, including background checks, reference checks, and right-to-work verification.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure all onboarding materials and information are ready for new hires.
  • Making regular 'keep warm' calls to maintain engagement with candidates as their central contact throughout the process.
  • Communicating with new hires about company policies, benefits, and other relevant details.
  • Maintaining accurate onboarding records and track key metrics to help us continuously improve.
  • Creating and issuing Clinical and Non-Clinical contracts.

  • Finally, you will be good at problem- solving which will help identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices.
