The Role

As an NHS 111 Contact Centre Team Manager you will ensure effective and real time management of front line Care Co-ordination Centre operations to meet quality requirements, maintaining high standards of customer service and staff productivity.  You will manage employees’ performance to maximise individual contribution and identify skills gaps to ensure the most effective and efficient performance of the Care Co-ordination Centre.

If you have previous Team Management or supervisory experience in a contact center environment and are flexible in your working hours (days, evenings, nights) then we’d love to hear from you.
