Specific Hours: Evenings, overnight and weekends covering a 24/7 operation working a flexible rota (we may be able to offer hours that could suit your requirements subject to availability).

We are seeking Telephone Advice Nurses/Paramedics who would like to join our dynamic team. Your role will be to carry out complex clinical triage, providing assessment, advice and information to the patient. Supporting and assisting our pathways advisors in the management of critical situations whilst ensuring patient safety.
You must be a registered nurse or paramedic with exceptional communication skills and have an understanding of telephone triage although full training will be given.
We have individual roles in all our care co-ordination centres, based in Ashford in Kent, Ipswich and Norwich. You will be permanently based at your chosen location.
