We’re striving to recruit and retain great people to deliver excellent patient care. You will join an experienced team of NHS 111 Health Advisors in our care coordination centre.
Health Advisors are the first point of contact for our patients. When our patients dial 111 you will be the voice at the end of the line. You will be triaging calls and providing safe, effective assessment and non-clinical advice using the NHS Pathways System. We provide full paid training and there is opportunity for career progression with experience.
If you’re looking for a new challenge and are able to work Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening 1800-2300 then we’d love to hear from you. Additional hours of shifts will be expected to be worked to assist with Bank Holidays and Christmas etc. at an enhanced pay rate.

Our next training sessions are 16th September (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm for 3 weeks) or 5th October (Sat/Sun 9am-5pm and Mon-Wed 6pm–11:30pm for 3 weeks) so applicants must be available to start on either of these dates and be committed to the training schedule. After the initial 3 week training period the rest of the training will be carried out during your contracted hours.
