The Role

Do you inspire others to deliver outstanding patient care?  Are you experienced in delivering patient care either through 111 Services or through delivery of high quality services?  Have you led multi-disciplinary or urgent healthcare services?

If this sounds like you, we have an opportunity to join us as an Associate Director of Integrated Services/Operations.  Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve integration of our 111 and urgent care services is the heart of what we are aiming to achieve and this role is key to our success.  You’ll have proven experience of shaping and enhancing services coupled with an engaging and customer service driven leadership style.

This is a great opportunity to join us at a really exciting time and an opportunity to contribute towards the strategic direction of the organisation.

This is a full time permanent position and we are flexible where the successful candidate will be based, either in our Kent, Essex or Norfolk localities.  As our services are predominantly Out of Hours, there is naturally an expectation for the successful candidate to contribute to senior management duties across the out of hour period.
