Specific Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with a half an hour unpaid meal break (we may be able to offer hours that could suit your requirements subject to availability)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the Quality, Safety and Governance team as Governance Administrator. The post holder will work closely with the Assurance Manager and the Governance Administrator to form a key component of the Governance Team.
The Governance Administrator will support the key components of integrated governance frameworks, helping to ensure services are delivered safely and effectively and in line with IC24 high standards. The Governance Administrator provides a vital role in supporting the complaints, risk, legal and clinical effectiveness teams with administrative functions. It is the central hub for taking concerns and compliments from patients and their families/carers.
A high level of initiative, knowledge, tact, diplomacy flexibility and effective communication is required, to all levels of management and staff, ensuring a high level of confidentiality is maintained. We are looking for a self-motivated, creative and dynamic person who has proven experience of working with database systems and possesses extensive IT skills
You must be qualified to A Level / NVQ Level 3 and ideally have worked a minimum of 2 years within a Health and Social Care setting.
