CRM Systems Analyst

Purpose of this role

We're seeking a person with an interest in IT with aspirations to train to be a CRM Systems Analyst and help develop the IGD Dynamics CRM platform, working collaboratively on functionality to meet business needs. 

We have completed a CRM upgrade programme to move to MS Dynamics CRM 365, and this role is a great opportunity to skill-up on CRM 365 and play a key role in a high-profile business transformation. An understanding of CRM platforms will be required, though this role will also have the opportunity to contribute to other technology projects, and train and learn more detailed CRM development practices.

Responsibilities of this role

  • CRM Solution design and implementations to meet business requirements
  • CRM customisations & configuration
  • CRM plugin development, associated web service integrations
  • CRM maintenance, SISS Integration support & end-user support
  • SSRS & PBI Reporting
  • Scoping & requirements gathering with key stakeholders
  • Testing, implementation, training and documentation
  • Championing best practice CRM usage to deliver customer benefits
  • Working as part of the wider team to deliver technology objectives
  • Working with 3rd party CRM suppliers 

Knowledge, skills and behaviours

  • Some experience working as part of a technical team
  • Awareness of a  CRM platform
  • MS Customer Engagement, Marketing, Sales
  • Configuration, customisations does day-to-day support
  • XRM Toolbox & associated apps

Awareness of the following would be beneficial but not essential:

  •  SQL & SSRS Reporting
  •  FetchXML, PowerQuery, DAX
  •  ASP.NET Development
  •  Web Development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  •  RESTful Web Services
  •  Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps)


The role will be based at our head office in Letchmore heath, Watford and remotely as necessary.
