About the role
You will be a dynamic project manager who can lead on large, industry-facing projects with some of the biggest household brands within the food and consumer goods industry. You’ll develop a continuous improvement approach to the way we work to embed project management skills across everything we do.
And you’ll bring a collaborative, problem-solving mindset to the role, with the confidence to challenge and the abilities to create practical solutions that help us to move at pace to deliver Social Impact.
Our work includes improving the health of the nation, addressing sustainability challenges and helping businesses understand the economic landscape. Plus developing work and employability skills, all funded through our Commercial Insight.
The responsibilities
Project management for greater impact
You will be sitting at the heart of the team, managing large Social Impact projects with a variety of senior internal and external industry stakeholders.
You’ll apply different project management methodologies to different scales and types of projects and look to develop new tools, processes and ways of working, embedding them into everyday business practices. You will be facilitating kick-off meetings, stand ups and retrospectives.
You will be accountable for setting up and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, action trackers and risk logs; using and introducing different tools and apps (such as Trello, Mural, Slack and MS Teams).
And, you’ll be Improving the way we collate and use data to accelerate decision making and the impact we make.

The location
We are operating a hybrid approach to working with a mix of home and office-based working. We are based in a very accessible location within the M25, just 20 miles from central London.
