Reporting into the Head of Core Accounts, these include:
Responding to customers
This involves account management, customer queries, sales order processing and subscription management, assisting with customer queries by phone, e-mail and through our AskIGD service.
You will be looking after several customers, delivering insights and value, while managing account renewal. You will set up trials and manage customer web subscriptions, as well as seek out opportunities to up-sell.
Putting sales orders onto the CRM system and keeping our database accurate and up to date. And sharing your ideas about what works and what we can do better.
Immersion in FMCG
You will get a unique experience and view of the FMCG industry from behind-the-scenes, immersing yourself with suppliers and retailers, talking to different people every day and building long-lasting and trusted relationships.
