About the role
We are looking for a Reward Manager who is not only looking for their next challenge, but also wants to help us make UK Education and Research the best in the world!
As our reward manager, you will lead the development and implementation of Jisc’s reward strategy ensuring alignment with Jisc’s strategic priorities and people plan for being an employer of choice.
You will review, analyse and evaluate arrangements for existing staff, newly transferred staff and proposed transferring staff in relation to salary, grading structure, job roles plus more.

Connecting with each other is a doddle, thanks to our technology, but getting face to face is something we value and find time for when we can, so you may need to travel on occasion. Our main offices are in Bristol, Harwell, London and Manchester.
