About you

We’re ideally looking for someone with:

  • Experience leading the review of existing pay frameworks, processes and practices and benefit arrangements and making recommendations for future options for a single pay framework for the whole organisation.
  • A track record of developing plans, effective stakeholder engagement, identification of key milestones, deliverables and ensuring that activities projects are delivered to agreed timescales and meet organisational needs.
  • Expertise in working collaboratively with members of the people services team and senior leaders across the organisation as well as a range of staff and employee representatives.

About the role     

We are looking for a Reward Manager who is not only looking for their next challenge, but also wants to help us make UK Education and Research the best in the world!

As our reward manager, you will lead the development and implementation of Jisc’s reward strategy ensuring alignment with Jisc’s strategic priorities and people plan for being an employer of choice.

You will review, analyse and evaluate arrangements for existing staff, newly transferred staff and proposed transferring staff in relation to salary, grading structure, job roles plus more.

This role can be based in Bristol, Harwell or London.
