As one of the UK`s leading work-based learning and apprenticeship providers, JTL is already a major force in the building services engineering sector - and we are now looking to build a team of Associates to provide occasional casework. As a JTL Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for undertaking workplace NVQ assessment and technical reviews. It`s a varied and challenging role that calls for verifiable and relevant industry experience and current knowledge of industry working practices and techniques. If you have already worked with apprentices in a previous role, perfect. You will already know how to support and guide them through an apprenticeship. But as long as you have the necessary skills and qualities, we`ll give you all the support you need. The below will give you an overview.
Essential -Relevant and verifiable experience within the building services engineering sector. Including qualifications to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in Electrical Installation or Engineering Maintenance. -Recognised Health & Safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely). -GCSE Maths and English A-C, NVQ Level 2, O Level A-D, GCSE Grade 1 or equivalent qualifications.
Desirable -Recognised Health & Safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely). -Assessor qualifications (D32, D33 or A1/TAQA). -Working knowledge of the building services engineering and related industries.
