As a JTL Associate, you will work with a dedicated team responsible for undertaking workplace NVQ assessment and technical reviews. It’s a varied and challenging role that calls for verifiable and relevant industry experience and current knowledge of industry working practices and techniques. If you have already worked with apprentices in a previous role, perfect. You will already know how to support and guide them through an apprenticeship. But as long as you have the necessary skills and qualities, we`ll give you all the support you need.
