- Support apprentices to successfully complete their apprenticeship: Use your classroom and workshop time not only to teach the theoretical and practical aspects of electrotechnical qualifications but also to ensure apprentices master the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve a pass at their final end-point assessment (AM2S).
- Cultivate a positive learning environment: Set high expectations for behaviour and actively manage the learning environment to create a space where apprentices feel safe, respected, and motivated to succeed.
- Support holistic personal development: Engage apprentices in understanding and embodying British values, developing personal traits like resilience, integrity, and respect, and equipping them with the tools to thrive in both professional and personal settings.
- Develop key skills for life and work: Assist apprentices in building essential literacy, language, numeracy, and digital skills to enhance their personal growth and support their success in both their studies and the world of work.
- Career and life skills preparation: Prepare apprentices for life beyond their apprenticeship by embedding employability skills, safeguarding, health and safety, and promoting mental and physical well-being in your lessons.
- Collaborate and innovate: Work with colleagues to continuously improve curriculum resources and delivery methods, ensuring all apprentices benefit from an outstanding and transformational learning experience.
