Location: National Administration Centre (Wrexham)

Salary: Up to 23,000 depending on skills and experience.

Shift detail: Full time and permanent.

Working out of our, National Administration Centre in Wrexham, you will provide high quality registration and certification support for the CompEx Scheme. This will include inputting, updating and reviewing candidate and other records, of course. But you will also facilitate exam marking, raise invoices and purchase orders, and generate accurate and timely financial data to inform our decision-making processes. And - as importantly - you will provide email land telephone support to our training centres and other stakeholders, using your expertise to answer queries and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Along with GCSE Maths and English at grade A-C, or equivalent, you will need proven administrative experience and solid organisational skills. Your good IT skills will ideally include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics. It goes without saying that you will also be an effective team player with a warm telephone manner, the ability to work well on your own initiative and a real commitment to delivering first-class customer service at all times.
