As our Quality Assurance and Internal Audit Officer, you will actively monitor and improve our policies, systems, processes and procedures. This will involve more than managing planned internal audit and quality assurance activities at our training centres. You will develop action plans, recommend improvements, guide staff on best practice and ensure that everything we do complies with external standards and contractual requirements.

Educated to A Level, NVQ 3 or equivalent, you must have proven knowledge and experience of quality assurance systems and procedures. This will ideally be supported by experience as an auditor and a good working knowledge of ISO9001, the Matrix Standard and the Common Inspection Framework. Good interviewing and presentation skills are, of course, essential - and some knowledge of work-based learning would be an advantage.

To evaluate, report on, recommend and help implement improvements to JTL’s policies, systems, processes and procedures by undertaking audits against planned arrangements to ensure JTL continues to comply with the requirements of external standards and contracts.
