We train more apprentices than anyone else in the building services engineering sector, and you could now help drive the success of our innovative Training Centre in Birmingham. This will involve more than just receiving visitors and responding to telephone calls. You will deal with post, update diaries and help make booking arrangements for workshops, classrooms and meeting rooms. And in addition to managing all aspects of stationery and stock, you will make sure that our environment is safe and secure at all times.
Along with GCSE Maths and English (A to C or equivalent), you must have good telephone, IT and customer facing skills. Making visitors feel valued will come naturally to you, and your excellent organisational skills will be matched by the ability to work equally well on your own initiative and as part of a busy team. First-class communication skills are, of course, essential.
