Licencing Coordinator (Appointment Administrator)

Sovereign Automotive have an exciting opportunity for a Appointment Administrator to join our team, based in Epsom. 

As a specialist accident management company for the taxi industry, Sovereign Automotive process accident claims daily from taxi customers following a road traffic accident. We have a varied fleet of vehicle to match the requirements of a nationwide customer base. 

As an Appointment Administrator, you will be responsible for booking appointments with local councils for our fleet vehicles to be registered as a private hire vehicle. liaising with clients and our transport depot, ensuring the correct documentation is obtained. 

Range of Responsibilities

  • You will, complete application forms for submission to local authorities to license a hire vehicle
  • Book appointments with local authorities via telephone and email
  • Liaise with clients to facilitate delivery or a suitable vehicle
  • Consult with the Driver Manager and Taxi Operations Supervisor in relation to delivery schedules
  • Ensuring that appropriate documentation is collated and emailed to the depot before delivery.
  • You will be a team player, and able to multi task, keeping various parties involved in the hire process.
  • Data entry of authorised hire claims
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and depot staff 
  • Any reasonable task as required by management

What we ask of you

      - Be a strong team player as well as demonstrating your ability to work on a               solo basis. 

      - Be able multi-task to manage and prioritise an ever changing workload

      - Have a strong attention to detail

      - Be highly motivated and passionate to over achieve on KPIs. 

      - A strong communicator, both verbal and written. 

      - Have experience in all Microsoft suits, including excel.

Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.30pm

1 Saturday a month on a rota - Half day or full day
