£13.10 Per Hour / No Sleep – Ins / Domiciliary Care

We are looking for dedicated Female Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive domiciliary care team, providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. This role offers a consistent 4 days on / 4 days off rota, giving you a great work-life balance while building a meaningful career in care.

•         Experienced in care (preferred but not essential)

•         Location: Maidstone and surrounding areas.

•         Contract Type: Full-Time hours

•         Salary: £13.10 Per Hour + 40p Per Mile

•         Females only due to the Nature of Personal care.

•         A driving licence and own vehicle (Required)

•         Alternated Weekends Availability (Required)

•         Specific Hours: Structured 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (No sleep-ins)

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Providing personal care and daily support to clients in their own homes
✔ Companionship building meaningful relationships
✔ Helping with light domestic tasks and shopping trips
✔ Supporting with medication administration
✔ Keeping accurate records via our easy-to-use app
