Client Care Coordinator – Maidstone Branch.

Location: Maidstone office based

Lauriem Complete care is looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team!

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who currently works within the Care Industry or within a rota focussed role.

Must have previous care and care co-ordinator experience.

As a Care Coordinator you will be responsible for the management of staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated with consistency and in a timely matter. You will also be responsible for managing staff annual leave and accommodating any required training in rotas. You will be expected to maintain consistent communication with Reablement Workers/Care Assistants, building a good working relationship with them all and liaising with other professionals.

Hours required are: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm plus on call one weekday a week and one weekend a month.

Salary: £26,500 including on call per year*

Criteria:

  • Experienced in scheduling/coordinating/ rota planning in the care sector
  • Experienced using a rostering system
  • Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and positive personality
  • Experienced in care calls
  • Take part in holding the ‘out of hours’ on-call phone

Skills and experience:

  • Administrative experience
  • Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle (Required)
  • Care (2 years Required)
  • Coordinating (1 Year Required)
