We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity to join our team as a Programme Leader (NEET)! This pivotal role will involve leading and coordinating our College’s initiatives for young people who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET), or those at risk of becoming NEET. As Programme Leader, you will blend exceptional teaching, learner mentoring, tutorial support, and enriching activities with strong curriculum leadership and collaborative efforts.

 

You'll have the chance to inspire and develop the NEET team, designing inclusive learning programs and assessments that meet the diverse needs of our learners. By working closely with students, you will empower them to achieve their qualifications and secure positive futures. You will embody the College’s Academic Staff Behaviours framework—featuring Impact, Communication, Professionalism, Collaboration, Wellbeing & Mental Health, and Coaching—throughout your teaching practice and leadership.
