Senior Support Worker - Complex

Livability, we’re looking for caring and community-minded people. This senior role will:

  • Support people with complex needs and challenging behaviour  to the highest standard of support, by creating an environment that will enable each person living at the service to achieve their maximum potential.
  • Support the management of the service to ensure that services are performing in line with the expectations of Livability policy and procedure.
  • You will take part in On Call

The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature, with a real desire to help others.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience of working in a team and ensuring service provided is of highest standard.
  • Supporting people with complex health or challenging behaviour
  • Be aware of the legislation, regulations and procedures affecting the delivery of the service.
  • Have good communication skills and have experience of supporting people to achieve outcomes
