Location: Livability North East

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £9.74 per hour (Unqualified)/ £10.26 per hour (Qualified)

Senior Support Co-ordinator

The role will be to support across all North East Services (Newcastle, Gateshead & Northumberland) based at Gateshead office.

The main purpose of the role is to maintain high standards and ensure that our care and support make a real difference to the lives of people who like our services.

You will lead a team of staff ensuring that provision is to the highest standards of professional support in the creation of an environment that will enable each person living and working there to achieve their maximum potential.

You will need to have:  

- Experience of leading a team

- Experience of Positive Behaviour Support

- Knowledge of key legislation relating to health and social care

- Be flexible and adaptable with the ability to take part in on call
