Enabling Support Worker - Livability Holton Lee (Horizons) - £10 Per Hour (BANK)

Livability Horizons is an adult service supporting young people aged 18-30 years old with learning, physical disabilities and complex health needs. We are based in Poole at Victoria education centre and Horizons provide a 52 weeks service.
