Salary: £16.77 per hour plus Night Allowance of £1.15 per hour

At Livability, we’re looking for caring and community-minded people to:

  • Provide leadership to the care support staff ensuring they manage their roles effectively and the people we support receive a high standard of care.
  • Have responsibility for the quality of nursing administration and assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation.
  • Be directly involved in the clinical needs of the people residing at the service.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Have clinical experience within care setting including supporting, appraising and supervising the staff.
  • Have a good understanding of safeguarding, protection policies and procedures and CQC standards.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people.
