Individual Giving Manager

We’re looking for an amazing Fundraiser and Team Manager in the role of Individual Giving Manager. You will join a hugely successful and ambitious fundraising team who are on track to increase income from £4million to £6million by 2019 – two years earlier than anticipated – and are now developing the next stage of growth to sure up and increase essential Livability services.

A passionate, relational and results-driven person, the Individual Giving Manager will innovatively manage the charity’s Individual Giving program to sustain and grow income generation in line with ambitious growth aspirations. You will project manage and deliver a range of direct marketing activity, to drive forward the recruitment and retention of new committed giving and cash supporters, whilst maintaining our loyal supporter base to continue to engage with and support Livability’s cause.

Being a highly skilled and professional fundraiser, you will have good experience and enjoyed success implementing plans across direct marketing channels, whilst building a supporter-led journey in collaboration with other channels. Your ability to demonstrate creative and innovative thinking in developing compelling cases for support across these channels will inspire growth and tell the story to our supporters of the impact their support makes.

In addition, an understanding of and empathy with disability, education and health issues would be an advantage.

You will be joining a friendly, close knit fundraising team of approximately 20 people. You will have opportunity to work flexibly The department fosters a mutually supportive, ambitious and upbeat culture. Our offices are based in North Greenwich by the O2 arena which now presents opportunities for outlet shopping in its’ new retail arcade as well as restaurants and cinema. On our doorstep is also the Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park which makes for a lovely lunchtime stroll.
