Are you an enthusiastic team player with a passion for communications? Are you interested in leading and supporting marketing and engagement campaigns targeted at growing a specific audience? Are you an innovative and creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve and take the initiative to successfully implement your own ideas? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you.

For this role you will need to demonstrate a good understanding of marketing and communications tools, including social media, and how to use these to develop and enhance engagement with a target audience. You will possess strong written and communication skills and an excellent ability to craft compelling content. You will bring strong organisational and administrative skills which you will use to develop effectives systems and processes for managing multiple projects and work-streams.

Experience and awareness of alumni engagement and development in an education setting is a plus but, above all, we are looking for a candidate with the right skills and attitude to engage alumni and broker lifelong meaningful relationships between alumni and their old school.

You will join a highly collaborative, vibrant and friendly Development team with a flexible and respectful approach to work. We work flexibly as a team and are open to flexible working patterns and the option of hybrid working with up to two days working from home per week, with the possibility of further flexibility, following discussions. We work collaboratively with our colleagues across Loughborough Schools Foundation. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week. The role also requires a willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
