The Role

In joining the team the candidate can expect to have client contact from the outset, dealing with a broad range of work including but not limited to Development, Sales and Purchases and Leasing.

As a member of the team the candidate will have responsibility for their own case files and dealing directly with clients with supervision from the Partners as required.

 

Key Skills and Experience

Ideally 4 – 6 years PQE level in commercial real estate matters.

In addition to being able to demonstrate relevant legal expertise, the successful candidate will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, time management and a client focused approach to all aspects of day-to-day tasks.

Applicants must be able to juggle a busy and varied workload, have an enthusiastic approach to work and enjoy working in a team environment.

Applicants must also be able to demonstrate a proven ability to manage and run their day-to-day work with appropriate supervision.

 

Location

Our approach to hybrid working allows employees a blend of working from home as well as in our office in Glasgow.

 

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with a one-hour break for lunch.
