The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Property Marketing Assistant. We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our residential conveyancing department working within the marketing function. As Property Marketing Assistant, the successful candidate can expect to assist in developing and strengthening the current estate agency offering of the firm. Main duties will involve managing the property administrative tasks, from arranging viewings, organising closing dates right through to negotiating offers. 

 

Key Skills/Responsibilities

The successful candidate can expect to be involved in working on:-

  • Discussing marketing and advertising with selling clients
  • Arranging viewings and attending viewings as required
  • Dealing with enquiries  from prospective viewers/purchasers
  • Reporting to selling clients
  • Organising closing dates
  • Agreeing/negotiating offers

 

Experience Required

  • The successful candidate should have previous experience in a client facing role and proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • The role will require strong organisational and record keeping skills, ability to manage time efficiently and work towards deadlines.
  • Administration experience within a similar role is desired and previous experience working within Real Estate environment would be advantageous.

 

Location

  • The role will be Edinburgh based, our agile working policy will provide the opportunity to work from the office and from home.

 

 Hours of Work

  • Full-time, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
