The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing IP/IT/Commercial team with a strong team ethos and support culture. The role will involve working on all types of commercial contracts and information technology, information law, intellectual property and compliance matters.
The successful candidate will be involved in working with clients from Public, Private and Third Sector. The role covers a broad range of activities including commercial contracts, intellectual property, information technology and information law activities including, IP protections, infringement, licensing and outsourcing, trademarks, patents, copyright, domain names, data protection & freedom of information, other compliance matters including anti-bribery & MODSA and the drafting, negotiating and revising of all manner of commercial contracts including, without limitation, distribution, supply, sponsorship, agency, manufacturing and general terms and conditions for the sale and supply of goods and services.
