The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join our Banking and Finance team. The role will cover a wide range of work with banks and financial institutions, borrowers and investors.
It is principally a real estate finance role (undertaking title diligence, drafting/finalising security documents, drafting ancillary docs and project managing finance transactions to completion) but for suitable and interested candidates there would be opportunity to get involved also in the corporate banking aspects of transactions (including drafting/finalising facility agreements, corporate securities and dealing with other corporate documentation).
The successful candidate will join a growing department with exciting opportunities for development. There will be good scope for direct client interaction on transactional work and for regular business development with existing clients and others.
