Level 2 in Professional Cookery Apprenticeship: 

  • 22 culinary masterclasses
  • 10 mentoring and assessment days
  • 4 culinary enrichment workshops
  • Functional skills development in Maths and English (where necessary) 
  • Delivered out of state of the art facilities in Watford and Harborne in Birmingham
  • By the end of the programme, which will run for at least 1 year, you will be at Commis Chef level
  • When not at the above events you will be applying your learning working in one of our excellent restaurants that is right for where you live and where you’ll attend courses to make sure you aren’t travelling too far

  • Between the ages of 16 and 23
  • Resident in the UK for minimum of the last 3 years
  • Not in any other form of education
  • Love cooking and food (you don’t need to have worked in a professional kitchen)
  • Passionate about becoming a chef
  • Keen to learn and attend all of our courses
  • Can work a minimum of 30 hours a week in the restaurant you are placed in
  • Understand that you will be required to work some evenings and weekends
  • Hold a minimum of GCSE grade A-E in Maths and English
