Your primary responsibilities will include:
To undertake the role of Deputy Manager under the direction of the Registered Manager to monitor performance across all areas of care services, to ensure that front line services are delivered to a high standard and quality, are safe, compliant and that staff deployed have the right skills, knowledge and experience to meet customer need.
This role is crucial for protecting the integrity of our services and maintaining MCJA’s reputation as a trusted provider. If you are passionate about quality assurance and compliance, and dedicated to making a positive impact.

Requirements
- Qualified to a level 3 (or above) in health and social care
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- A team player but also able to work on own initiative.
- Able to make decisions and judgements based on factual evidence
- Understanding of operational delivery of care within a home care sector, including assessment of standards, need for confidentiality and person-centred care
- Able to manage a range of different activities and focuses, managing your time to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, flexible and willing to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
