The Team

Our experienced team has an excellent reputation for advising on complex issues connected with Wills, trusts and estates for charities, high-net-worth individuals and financial referrers. Whilst the core team is based in the South West, it attracts clients from across the country and abroad. Notably, the team is the preferred legal provider for a number of national charities across the UK for all legacy matters and disputes.

In the latest Legal 500 rankings, Michelmores' Private Wealth expertise was recognised in London and the team was ranked Tier 1 in the South West. The Legal 500's commentary on the team stated:

'The profile of this team is on the rise: it is involved in some of the largest, most complex proceedings. Its USP is that it combines the experience of the big London firms but with the fresh perspective of a firm outside London.'
