We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor / Associate to join our Transactional Real Estate team in central Bristol.
The Transactional Real Estate Team is a leading real estate team operating across all offices and including many individuals named as leading individuals in Chambers and Partners, and offers the full range of services to the Real Estate Sector.
We act for a wide range of private and public sector clients and we have particular specialisms in relation to the private wealth sector, the energy sector, charities, higher education institutions, healthcare, ecclesiastical, agriculture, retail and sporting facilities and leisure.
We are looking for an ambitious and talented Solicitor / Associate (3 PQE +) to join our highly regarded Transactional Real Estate Team. The role will be based in our central Bristol office, where you will work alongside leading individuals and recommended lawyers to provide primarily agricultural and rural property support (eg sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant relationships, share and contract farming agreements, mortgaging and re-mortgaging and easements and covenants as well as providing support for the Contentious Agricultural Team in dealing with the property aspects of cases and settlements which they reach).
Ideally you will have proven commercial experience in this area however, we will consider candidates who can demonstrate a keen interest and desire to develop in agricultural and rural property work in this friendly and supportive team.
