Building Safety Project Manager

Internal Role Title: Building Safety Project Manager

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Salary: £50,614 - £63,268 per annum plus a Car Allowance of £2,329 (salary offered dependent on experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Dartford, Mariner House / Agile working

You’ll be assisting in the effective delivery of building safety improvement works, including fire remediation projects and planned building safety works/programmes.

We’re looking for someone with a sound knowledge of building construction technology, contract administration, managing and delivering budgets, statutory authorities and legal requirements.

We support agile working, so you’ll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and at our Mariner House, Dartford office.
