Role: Post Sales Services Support Officer

Salary:  £28,044 – £33,500 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

Hours: 9-5pm, 35 hours per week, full time

Contract: Permanent

Location: Hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 2 days per week spent in the office at our Mariner House, Dartford location and the remaining days working from home.

We’re looking for a Post Sales Services Support Officer to join our team and play a vital role in supporting shared owners, leaseholders and freeholders, ensuring sales, ownership changes and post‑sales processes are handled accurately, compliantly and with care.

About the role

This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our Post Sales Services Team. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and customer-focused to Co-Ordinate the progression of our sales and transactions. You'll work closely with solicitors and other stakeholders, leading regular review meetings and keeping momentum on every case to reduce delays and enhance the customer journey.

With strong communication and coordination skills, you'll contribute to team performance and ensure key targets are achieved. Alongside this, you'll provide efficient support and maintain accurate records, delivering a smooth experience for customers at every stage of the process.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Post Sales and Post Sales Approvals teams by actively chasing, monitoring and progressing each transaction.
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers and stakeholders to identify and resolve any delays or obstacles.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and manage data precisely within CRM, including milestone notes and timelines. Ensure spreadsheets are kept up to date with key information.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to all customers and stakeholders.
  • Building and proactively managing relationships with key teams and departments across Moat, as well as solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors and third parties, to ensure information is provided accurately and sales and revenue targets are achieved.
  • Leading on product incentives and campaigns.
  • Supporting the Post Sales Approvals team with day-to-day duties and assisting the officers with key tasks as required by the Senior Post Sales Approvals Manager.
  • Supporting Post Sales team by ensuring the case review tasks are being followed up to progress sales and transactions quicker.

We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • A good standard of education, with good written English and maths.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite and in the use of customer contact database systems and records.
  • An awareness of the processes for marketing and selling homes including an understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • An appreciation of the principles of leasehold management.
  • Strong organisation and solution-focused problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure in a dynamic sales environment and manage high volume of projects and deadlines. 
  • An ability to work with minimal supervision and to deliver quickly.
