We are a well-established, family run care provider and have been delivering kind and compassionate nursing care in our six Nursing Homes across Shropshire and Cheshire since 1989.

We are looking for a driven Registered General Manager to lead our newly refurbished and extended Radbrook Nursing Home.  You should be a strong people manager, coaching and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver a superior level of care to our residents. Commercial management skills are essential as you will be responsible for driving commercial performance through the operations and activities, in compliance with legal requirements, to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.


  • Developing, promoting and maintaining high standards of care and services, where residents are safe and well protected at all times
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining the systems and structures needed to run the Home in the interests of residents
  • Driving the commercial health of the Home, developing and managing effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources
  • Proudly champion the Home, promoting and marketing its calibre of care
  • Inspiring leadership and motivation of the staff team, driving a positive culture where individuals are supported to achieve their best.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Recent and relevant Registered General Management experience in a care setting ideally managing care of the elderly and physically disabled adults. Ideally RMN or RGN qualified, but not essential.
