We are looking for a driven Registered General Manager to lead our newly refurbished and extended Radbrook Nursing Home. You should be a strong people manager, coaching and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver a superior level of care to our residents. Commercial management skills are essential as you will be responsible for driving commercial performance through the operations and activities, in compliance with legal requirements, to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Recent and relevant Registered General Management experience in a care setting ideally managing care of the elderly and physically disabled adults. Ideally RMN or RGN qualified, but not essential.
