Oldbury Grange Nursing Home, near Bridgnorth, is an elegant country house providing personal, sensitive nursing care for the elderly, including post-operative convalescence care, disability and palliative care. The Home also provides specialist expertise for those requiring dementia care.

Skills and Experience:
You don’t need qualifications or previous experience to join our team. We put new employees through on-the-job training and help them achieve the relevant qualifications to further develop their career. The nature and the importance of the work means every day is different. It can be challenging, but it is certainly varied - from the roles you may take on and the people you meet, to the duties you perform. You’ll work alongside colleagues with different strengths and personalities who all share the same commitment to care.
Hours of Work:
Delivering care to improve the quality of people’s lives is not confined to regular 9 to 5 working hours. We offer a number of different shift patterns and hours but the working week is likely to include a weekend shift every other weekend.
