We need you to be resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. Being a support worker takes bravery, patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.

You may have a personal connection, a desire to work with or real life experiences working with autistic people. You might not have lots of experience yet, but if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for casual/bank support workers in Whalley, near Clitheroe.

You will be supporting autistic adults by promoting independence, developing life skills and engaging in activities both in the National Autistic Society Centre - Lancashire/Cafe Autisan and out in the community.

Working hours: 
Various shifts available; there are no guaranteed hours in this role. 
Your working pattern will be over seven days and could include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. All shifts are across all 7 days of the week, 365 day a year.
