Bank Support Worker - Surrey Residential and Community Services Godalming

We are looking for support workers to work across our Residential and Community services in Godalming, Surrey. You’ll be working with autistic adults and their families in a range of environments that support the service users' needs.

Bank support workers are offered shifts as and when they become available to work in our services and are not offered permanent contracted hours. This gives you the flexibility to maintain your other commitments.

Our residential home currently supports 13 individuals.​ The home is run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support workers help the service users to complete their everyday routines, prepare meals, as well as help them learn essential home skills such as doing the washing and making the bed. The service users regularly participate in relaxing activities with others and visit our Surrey day centre located in Godalming.

Our community services currently supports 4 individuals. Similar to our residential home, these individuals are supported in their everyday routines and live their lives as independently as possible in their own accommodation.
