We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team in the Great Harwood and Accrington areas. You’ll be working with autistic adults and their families in a supported living environment.

As a Deputy Manager you will have excellent task management skills and able to prioritise your workload effectively. you will promote and demonstrate excellence in support and care and assist the Registered Manager to ensure individuals achieve those Everyday Breakthroughs and compliance to CQC standards. You will be leading an established team to support autistic adults who live within their own homes to lead the life they choose.

You will be required to have previous leadership experience and be able to mentor senior support workers and will be responsible in overseeing the roles and responsibilities of the team to ensure that the people we support are empowered to live as independently as possible and have opportunity to access their community and achieve their goals.

We need you to be resilient, supportive and able to motivate a team. You’ll have a working knowledge of care standards and related legislation and have good report writing skills. You will ideally hold a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or similar or be willing to work towards.
