Who we are looking for:

The Learning & Organisational Development function are seeking an experienced E-Learning professional to join the team, supporting access to high quality and responsive learning for our internal National Autistic Society colleagues. 

We are looking for someone with experience of managing end to end E-Learning provision in line with regulatory standards to meet Service commissioners’ mandatory requirements across all of the four nations of the UK. Working with colleagues and managers you will ensure appropriate access is available to support a blended learning methodology through our Moodle platform.

You will track and monitor completions, liaise with subject matter experts to ensure the learning content is up to date and applicable and provide reports to highlight areas of focus as a priority. You will also build learning pathways to support accessibility, manage the provision and access to additional external platforms and work with the wider L&OD team to build a continuous learning culture.

Being able to analyse information and prioritise to meet challenging deadlines is critical, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with specialists to meet delivery requirements.

The role is fully homebased, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Salary is between £24,460.80 - £27,117.88 per annum.
